Ground-Up Builds

New Construction

Full rough-in and finish plumbing for commercial buildings, warehouses, office parks, mixed-use developments, and new homes, from foundation to certificate of occupancy. We work alongside GCs from day one to keep your project on schedule.

Ground-up plumbing on a commercial build lives or dies on sequencing: underground rough-in before the slab pours, stack-outs before the framers close walls, and a final test that doesn't surprise the inspector. We've run that sequence on warehouses, office parks, mixed-use developments, and new homes across all three counties, and we show up on the schedule the GC actually needs, not the one that's convenient for us.

We work directly with general contractors from the pre-con meeting on, not after the first RFI. That means we're sizing the water service and sewer lateral against the real fixture count, coordinating with the other trades on chase locations before they're poured into concrete, and flagging code issues before they become change orders. Florida's plumbing code and local jurisdiction quirks vary enough between Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade that having a contractor who already knows the local inspectors saves real time.

From foundation to certificate of occupancy, we handle the permitting, the rough-in, the top-out, and the finish trim. One crew, one point of contact, no handoffs between subs that don't talk to each other. If you're a GC vetting plumbing subs for an upcoming project, call before you finalize the bid list.
